I'm a three-year Winterville, NC resident. I've spent that time doing what most people don't: actually traveling Eastern NC. The Crystal Coast, the Outer Banks, Topsail Island, the river towns, the inland cities. I've driven the back roads, eaten at the local places, talked to agents, talked to homeowners, and tried to understand what makes each market move the way it does.
That's what I put into the intelligence articles on this site. And when someone reaches out with a serious inquiry, that's what I use to match them with the right local specialist.

Why the Referral Model
I'm not trying to be the listing agent for every transaction across 60+ communities. No one can do that well. What I can do is understand each market well enough to know which agents are actually operating at the highest level within it, and make confident introductions between buyers and the right local expert.
That model creates better outcomes for buyers, stronger relationships with agents, and a platform that grows because it consistently gets the match right, not because it has the most listings.
